Justice

When does the joy come to take away their pain?
We try to liberate, compensate, take away the hate?
Children from their mothers; why would someone aim to separate
Eradicate security and comfort in their lives
These people doing evil things that you and I despise
A girl cries out at night but she is silenced by the lies
Six years old, rape makes childhood flash by
Replaced by abuse, torture, helpless misuse
Without purpose, each hour she feels more worthless.

Until the God of her prayers steps in and saves the day
So tell me, why are His chosen sitting by, there's no delay.

There's today.
You don't have to go jump on a plane
Use your brain to regain the justice that's humane.

Don't be ashamed of when you sat back and listened in vain
Make a change, find lives to save;
One of them might be a slave.
